Nurse Resident ~ Discipline: RN ~ Shift: 8 hours, days ~ Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a large social services organization in the Nanuet, NY. The ideal candidate will provide medical care and support to individuals living in residential homes. Temp to perm role! Day Shift. ~Assess and manage the medical needs of residents. ~ Coordinate care with physicians and specialists. ~ Administer medications and provide direct nursing care. ~ Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. CPR and First Aid certification required. ~1 year of experience in OPWDD, I/DD, or psychiatric/mental health settings. ~ Completion of required trainings, including Infection Control and Abuse Reporting.
