Job Description
Join Rich Products Corporation as a Manager of Digital Systems to lead innovative initiatives in recipe management and digital solutions. Drive operational excellence and collaborate across teams to enhance product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute high complexity activities regarding recipe management
Line manager of the RIC US/Canada PLM Specialist Team and Global Markets PLM analysts
Support ERP Transformation ensuring seamless PLM integration
Create PLM training materials and training for the RIC organization
Facilitate an environment that fosters innovation culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math field
5+ years of experience in R&D System related Process Workflows and/or relevant Digital system experience
Knowledge of Speed to Market business process (or equivalent stage gate processes)
2+ years of line management experience
Demonstrated experience with R&D data management
Experience with Digital solutions surrounding PLM ecosystem
Excellent project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PLM and ERP transformation
Working knowledge of SAP PLM
Experience working with multiple geographical markets
