Join Yale New Haven Health as an Advanced Practice Provider in Inpatient Gyn Oncology, where you'll play a critical role in patient care within a leading cancer center, collaborating with a dedicated team to provide comprehensive support and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide assessment, triage, and therapeutic management of patient/family needs
Collaborate with attending supervising/collaborating physician(s)
Obtain medical histories and perform physical examinations
Educate patients and families on care and available resources
Provide psychosocial support to patients and their families
Serve in the OR as surgical assist
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
Active, unrestricted CT medical license or in process of obtaining
ACLS/BLS Certification
DEA License
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of Gyn and/or Oncology experience
Surgical and chemotherapy experience
