Job Description
Join Raytheon as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where you'll lead the design and improvement of manufacturing processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using your engineering expertise. Key Responsibilities
Lead design and improvement of manufacturing processes
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
Support manufacturing with process troubleshooting
Lead non-conforming material analysis
Conduct Continuous Improvement through process enhancements
Provide real-time technical support
Develop and implement manufacturing process control
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 5 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 3 years experience
Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience leading teams/projects
Experience with technical documentation interpretation
Technical drawing interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preferably CREO/ProE)
Hands-on mechanical aptitude
Innovative mindset for continuous improvement
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
