Key Responsibilities
Train, schedule, and supervise assigned staff
Perform clinical assessments and design treatment plans
Promote community integration
Develop and implement groups and family education
Ensure person-centered assessment and goal setting
Collaborate with primary Case Holder
Document progress notes and treatment reports
Serve on an interdisciplinary team
Maintain effective interpersonal relationships
Participate in meetings and program development
Order treatment supplies and equipment
Provide supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree
Licensed by State of Michigan MS, OTR/L
Valid driver’s license
Ability to communicate in verbal and written formats
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting
