Job Description
Join GXO Logistics as an FPA Manager and be an integral part of a dynamic operation supporting a globally recognized online retail brand. You will lead financial management efforts, ensuring accurate reporting and effective partnerships with operations and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the site finance manager for a warehouse operation
Partner with operations and customers to meet financial targets
Prepare and distribute internal and customer-facing reports
Respond to customer inquiries for financial data
Design and maintain forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer invoices
Set up invoice templates and processes for data collection
Coordinate setup of new accounting units and project codes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
5 years of experience in a financial role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with large databases and BI systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytic software
Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime
Travel Required: about 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or applicable professional designation
Management experience
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma management concepts
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
