Travel Occupational Therapist – Coldwater, MI
Start Date: 8/25/2025 | Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 5x8s or 4x10s | 40 hrs/week
Weekend Requirements: Possible
On Call: None
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join a healthcare facility in Coldwater, MI. The OT will plan and administer medically prescribed therapy programs to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body part. This position requires strong pediatric experience while also working with adult populations.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills.
Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptations, and assistive equipment.
Document progress, outcomes, and modifications to therapy plans.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
1+ years of OT experience with adults and pediatrics – Required
Strong pediatric experience – Required
Active Michigan OT License – Required
BLS Certification – Required
Previous travel experience – Preferred
