The Ranger Group, a leading US Engineering Solutions provider to companies across the Aerospace & Defense, Medical Device, Electronics and Industrial Manufacturing industries, is currently seeking a Control Panel Technicianfor a contract role with an Control Systems Integratorclient of ours in Phoenix, AZ.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Panel Technicianwith hands-on experience in panel wiring and interpreting technical schematics. You will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and troubleshooting electrical control panels using a variety of tools and schematics.
Assemble and wire electrical panels according to provided ladder wiring schematics and dimensional drawings
Use hand tools and power tools to install wiring and components properly and safely
Read and interpret multi-view technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly
Measure and cut wire lengths precisely using measuring tools to 1/32 accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Perform quality checks and ensure panels meet specifications and company standards
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and optimize workflow
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven ability to read and use measurement tools down to 1/32 inch and perform fraction-to-decimal conversions
Hands-on experience with panel wiring
Proficiency in reading and interpreting ladder wiring schematics
Skilled in using hand tools and applying proper wiring techniques
Ability to read and work from multi-view dimensional drawings
Ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods
Lift and move components up to 50 lbs as needed
