Hospitalist Physicians provide inpatient medical care, managing admissions, cross-coverage, and attending emergency codes primarily in hospital settings. This role involves flexible shifts with a focus on delivering high-quality, value-based care using EMR systems like EPIC and real-time clinical data. Candidates are required to be Board Certified in Internal Medicine or have hospitalist experience and must hold valid medical licenses and prescriptive authority.

HNI Healthcare is seeking Moonlighting Hospitalists for Fellows and practicing Internal Medicine trained Board Certified physicians to join our team at NorthShore Health System.

Locations:

  • Evanston
  • Glenbrook
  • Highland Park
  • Skokie
  • Swedish

Shifts :

  • Flexible 6 to 13 hour shifts
  • Some days, mainly swing and night shifts

Duties:

  • Admissions
  • Cross-coverage
  • Attending Codes and Rapids

Additional information:

  • EMR EPIC
  • Paid malpractice
  • Must have completed IM Residency & Board Certification to be qualified or have Hospitalist experience if FM trained
