Join Aaron's as a part-time Customer Accounts Advisor, where you'll build relationships with customers, drive payment collections, and ensure satisfaction with their lease agreements. Your role will involve interacting with customers over the phone and in person, providing support and guidance throughout their leasing journey.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer accounts and information
Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements, both in-home and via phone
Promote timely lease agreement renewal payments
Assist Customer Account Manager with revenue and renewal goals
Handle merchandise returns and deliveries as directed
Clean and certify returned merchandise
Complete vehicle maintenance and route sheets
Safely operate company vehicle
Assist Sales Team as needed
Perform any reasonable duties requested by management
Required Qualifications
At least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License (in the U.S.) or at least 18 years old (in Canada)
Must meet DOT requirements for certification in required states
Ability to work varying hours from 8 am to 9 pm
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without help and up to 300 lbs with assistance
