Job Description
Join Quill, part of the Staples family, as a Sales Business Development Representative. Drive sales growth for a significant portfolio, develop strategic plans, and leverage various sales methodologies to expand our customer base while enjoying a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sales results for assigned accounts (~$8-10M+)
Acquire new business and manage current customers
Map accounts and identify growth opportunities
Build strategic growth plans based on account understanding
Utilize enablement tools for customer data management
Leverage sales strategies through various channels
Use Salesforce for pipeline management
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience working with large complex accounts
Track record of exceeding sales quota
Managed a complex deal from start to finish
Experience with business-to-business sales process
Responsibility to retain and grow accounts
