Job Description
As a Director in NetApp's enterprise segment, you'll lead a team to grow market share in the west region, primarily California. This role emphasizes collaboration, strategic development, and customer engagement, with a focus on driving successful outcomes through effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales director and lead a team to grow market share
Define go-to-market strategies for the assigned territory
Hire, coach, develop, and retain top talent
Guide team behavior to ensure technical wins
Interact with partners and customers to drive growth
Cultivate internal and external partnerships
Coach team around account and deal strategy
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience
At least 4 years of experience as a people manager
Ability to coach and support team members
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a matrixed organization
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of the NetApp portfolio and product positioning
Experience in the assigned region
