Job Description
Join Intuit as a Senior Tax Accountant and work remotely to assist customers with their tax needs using TurboTax. Bring your expertise in tax preparation and customer service to help clients navigate their tax complexities while enjoying flexible hours and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
