Job DescriptionJoin Primary Vascular Care as a Nurse Practitioner to deliver on-site clinical assessments in a mobile practice for long-term care residents. You'll play a crucial role in patient treatment planning and maintaining high-quality care while working independently in a supportive environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site screening clinical assessments to determine appropriate patient treatment plans Function independently to perform history and physical assessments for complex patients Order and review diagnostic and therapeutic tests Assist with the provision of care in accordance with regulations Monitor the effectiveness of interventions Maintain relationships with contacts in facilities Educate family members and clients about services and programs Assist with the development of physician relations Complete reports in a timely manner Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program Current NP License BLS - Basic Life Support through American Heart Association Current Infection Control Certification Board Certified/Board Eligible Physical, Vaccines and Titers: PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella Preferred QualificationsACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support through American Heart Association COVID and Flu Vaccine 1 year of NP experience
