Job Description
Join Good Samaritan as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Long Term Care, where you'll provide essential nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and safety while working in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Perform resident assessments
Document resident care and interactions
Assist in emergent situations
Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
Required Qualifications
Active LPN license
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
Supervised clinical experience across the lifespan
Completion of required annual continuing education units (CEU)
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in practical nursing
IV therapy/management skills
Experience as LPN at another facility
