Join HCA Florida Putnam Hospital as a Clinical Resource Director, where you'll lead efforts to optimize clinical supply expenses and drive quality improvement initiatives. This role is pivotal in establishing strategies that enhance patient outcomes and foster strong relationships with hospital leadership and physicians.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead the supply expense agenda for the clinical resource management program
Drive positive change through program definition and lead initiatives supporting clinical expense agenda
Review and optimize group purchasing organization’s contract portfolio
Develop and execute product standardization with value analysis committees
Develop and implement strategies to reduce supply expense
Identify and implement supply expense margin improvements
Participate in value analysis meetings and collaborate with leadership and physicians
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy or other Allied Health Profession
Related experiences in healthcare value analysis, clinical supply chain, or acute care hospital performance
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Three to five years of value analysis/clinical/hospital leadership experience
LPN/RN, Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified Value Analysis Health Professional (CVAHP), or similar credential
