Job Description
Zen Educate is seeking paraprofessionals to support K–12 special education students in Orange County. This role offers hands-on experience, working closely with teachers to help students achieve their IEP goals in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the classroom teacher
Working with Special Education individuals and small groups
Compiling classroom communications
Maintaining a conducive classroom environment
Utilizing various learning methods
Supporting personal care or hygiene
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or the equivalent
US Work Authorization
Professional proficiency in English
Experience supporting individuals with special educational needs
