Key Responsibilities

  • Review shift logs and document pertinent information
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately
  • Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
  • Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests
  • Maintain security of vehicles and parking areas
  • Monitor safety and cleanliness of parking areas
  • Answer and process guest calls and requests
  • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • No related work experience
