Job Description

Join New Directions Mental Health as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, where you'll provide culturally sensitive therapy and develop personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and make a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis plans and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
Ensure timely completion of billing and documentation
Engage in collaborative care with the multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Educational background that leads to professional licensing
Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care
Dedicated to ongoing professional development
