Key Responsibilities

  • Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties
  • Conducts standard vehicle maintenance and component inspections
  • Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems
  • Identifies root cause of failures and performs repairs
  • Interacts with customers/drivers to determine nature of complaints

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic tools required
  • Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines
  • Routine preventative maintenance experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Vocational or Technical Certification
  • Two years of a combination of classroom training and work experience
  • Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A preferred
