Key Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Educates patients and their families on managing their illness or injury.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety and quality compliance.
• Develops and documents individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate patient needs.
