• Type of staff: Charge RN, Flow Coordinator, RN, ED Tech, US
  • Day Shift – (1 charge, 4 RN, 1 tech, and 1 us)
  • Mid Shift- Varies- (9a RN, 11a RN, 11a Tech, 11a Flow Coordinator, 12n RN, 13p RN, 15p RN)
  • Night Shift – (1 charge, 4 RN, 1 tech, and 1 us)
• Patient Ratios – 4:1 (unless low acuity ESI 4 & 5’s then 6:1)
• Type of equipment – Lucas, Level 1, Alaris IV pumps, I stat, EPOC, GE monitors
• EMR - EPIC
• Typical Procedures: Splinting and breathing treatments

Must Haves: - An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred - A recent 12 months of ER RN experience in an acute hospital setting - AK RN License - ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIH, PALS, and TNCC Certifications Preferred or Nice to Have: - Trauma and/or pediatrics experience - Stroke and STEMI experience - Epic Experience - Travel Experience
