Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to reduce supply expenses
Identify and implement margin improvement initiatives
Participate in monthly operating reports and supply expense planning
Facilitate value analysis meetings
Review products and technology for clinical evidence and financial considerations
Build relationships with leadership and supply chain teams
Implement continuous quality improvement and cost containment processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy or other Allied Health Profession
Related experience in healthcare value analysis, clinical supply chain, or acute care hospital performance
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Three years of value analysis/clinical/leadership experience
LPN/RN, Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified Value Analysis Health Professional (CVAHP), or similar credential
