Sable Corporation is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Float Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team at Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, RI for a 13-week contract. This role supports Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and requires strong cardiac experience, including managing post–cardiac cath patients. This position is ideal for confident, experienced RNs looking to make a meaningful impact across multiple units.
Provide direct and indirect care to patients across Med/Surg, Telemetry, and PCU settings
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
Deliver care to cardiac patients, including those post–cardiac catheterization
Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform bedside procedures
Communicate with providers and interdisciplinary teams on care plans and patient progress
Document all care accurately in EPIC EMR
Float between like-kind units as assigned
Participate in every other weekend rotation (Friday & Saturday nights)
Active RN license in a compact state (Rhode Island participates in the NLC)
BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA – Required and current at submission)
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry
At least 2 years of direct cardiac care experience (Required)
EPIC experience (Required)
Strong clinical judgment and ability to adapt quickly between units
Excellent communication and patient care skills
