Base pay range $55.00/yr - $60.00/yr

One of the Big 4 Accounting firms, known for delivering top-tier audit, tax, and advisory services to many of the world’s leading organizations, is seeking a UI/UX Software Developer. This hybrid position, based in Montvale, NJ, offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to contribute to innovative digital solutions within a global, high-impact environment!

Job Function

Own and maintain a consistent, high-quality UI across assigned applications.

Develop web interfaces with a focus on layout, interaction, and accessibility best practices.

Collaborate with backend and full stack engineers to integrate UI with business logic and data.

Convert Figma designs into functional UI components with attention to technical feasibility.

Work closely with UX designers to support design decisions and address gaps.

Leverage and contribute to the in-house design system of UI components and patterns.

Refactor and optimize existing UIs for performance and usability.

Job Requirements

5 years of experience as a UI Developer or hybrid Designer/Developer.

Deep expertise in CSS, including Flexbox, Grid Layout, and advanced modern techniques..

Strong proficiency in HTML, semantic structure, and accessibility best practices.

Professional experience with modern UI frameworks, preferably Angular 2+ using TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6).

Proficient in using Git, NPM, and Azure DevOps.

Familiarity with Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles and how to apply them in development.
