Job Description
Join Bosch as a Senior Sales Manager for Semiconductors, where you will lead component sales in the automotive sector. You will manage key relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 customers, drive commercial activities, and negotiate competitive pricing while ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee commercial activities for directed-buy Tier customers focusing on OEM business
Manage end-to-end process for customer quotations and order management
Lead negotiations on pricing with Tier customers
Collaborate with OE sales teams to align on business strategies
Manage account receivables for Tier customers to maintain healthy cash flow
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or Business Administration
8+ years of experience in a commercial sales role in the automotive or mobility space, focusing on semiconductors and sensor components
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
15-20% travel nationally/internationally
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience with silicon carbide, power electronics, semiconductors and/or MEMS devices
Understanding of major Automotive OEM customers and Tier-1 suppliers
Knowledge of vehicle systems utilizing power electronics
Knowledge of safety systems including airbag and braking systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience in customer account management and negotiations
