Quill, a part of Staples, seeks a B2B Sales Representative focused on generating new revenue in the Philadelphia area. The role requires building relationships, strategizing for growth, and driving sales in the public sector and commercial markets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members
Schedule appointments and present Quill values and solutions
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill and gain new customers
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Ensure smooth transition to account management team upon customer commitment
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
