Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages.
Coordinate patient care activities with other healthcare team members.
Follow the individualized needs of the patient and the nursing process.
Required Qualifications
Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
1 year - Medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting.
2 years - Experience in acute care or community mental health setting for Mental Health RN work assignment.
Preferred Qualifications
Recent Home Health experience.
Hospice or Palliative Care experience for Palliative Care RN work assignment.
Point of Care experience.
