Position Overview:

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled andcompassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with recent Critical Careexperience to join a reputable healthcare facility in Fayetteville, NC.This is a 13-week contract ideal for professionals who are confidentin their clinical abilities and committed to delivering high-quality patientcare. The role involves working night shifts in a fast-paced criticalcare unit.

Position Details:

• Location: Fayetteville, NC
• Shift: Nights I 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 36hrs
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of recent Critical Care experience
• Certifications: Active RN license (NC or compact), BLS required (ACLS preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver critical care nursing to patients with life-threatening conditions, including continuous monitoring, medication administration, and advanced interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Operate and manage complex medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors in accordance with ICU protocols.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, helping them navigate the critical care experience with compassion and clarity.
