Litigation Attorney *Job Title*: Attorney

*Location*: Providence, RI

*Salary Rate*: $120,000 - $180,000.

My client is a well-respected firm in Providence, RI. We are seeking an attorney with experience in civil litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate would have court experience and have dual RI/MA bar admission. If that sounds like you, please apply!

*What You Will Do:*

* Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities.

* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and other legal materials.

* Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials.

* Provide strategic advice to clients and develop case strategies.

* Handle courtroom appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.

* Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on case management.

*Requirements:*

* 3+ years of civil litigation experience.

* Active RI bar admission, dual MA bar admission is beneficial.

* Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

* Proven ability to handle complex legal issues and high-volume caseloads.

* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
