**Job Title: Per Diem Float Pool Registered Nurse (ER)**
**Location:** Flemington, NJ
**Shift:** Nights (20:00-08:30)
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our Per Diem Float Pool for the Emergency Department (ED). This role is ideal for nursing professionals seeking flexibility while maintaining a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and institutional standards.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Department or similar setting.
- Active New Jersey RN License (must be in hand at the time of application).
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS are required.
- Commitment to a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
**Additional Details:**
- **Cancellation Policy:** A 2-hour cancellation notice is required.
- **Flu Immunization:** Mandatory unless a valid medical exemption with supporting documentation is provided.
- **Scrub Policy:** Any color scrubs are acceptable as long as they are clean and neat.
