Key Responsibilities
Execute Frickers unique brand of fun, food, sports and spirits
Drive positive sales growth
Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by enforcing food-safety and sanitation standards
Achieve optimal performance from staff through training, scheduling, coaching, and counseling
Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies
Accomplish staffing objectives by recruiting, selecting, and training quality individuals
Required Qualifications
At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual atmosphere
Steady, stable employment track record with minimum of 2 professional references
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Positive, friendly demeanor and customer/guest service focused
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of full-service restaurant experience
