Key Responsibilities
Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes in patient status
Perform procedures and monitoring as ordered by medical providers
Document the administration of care in the patient medical record
Administer prescribed medications and monitor for therapeutic response
Teach patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions and treatment plans
Required Qualifications
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
No previous experience needed
Preferred Qualifications
Other Certifications may be required during employment
Some travel may be needed for training
