As a Loan Advisor at DriveTime, you will play a key role in helping customers manage their auto loans by collecting overdue payments and negotiating payment plans. You'll build positive relationships with customers while exceeding production goals in a supportive and fun work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate and negotiate with customers to influence payment
Navigate multiple systems to review account information and process payments
Monitor and ensure regular follow-up on loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
On-site location in Fort Worth, TX
