Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Plasma Center Technician, where you'll play a vital role in collecting high-quality plasma that transforms lives. This position involves donor screening, phlebotomy, and ensuring the safety and comfort of our donors in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs
Use Donor Information System and maintain accurate records
Coordinate donor compensation
Identify operational improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
Experience in a customer or patient facing role (1+ years preferred)
