Job Summary and Responsibilities
CHI Health Good Samaritan, a member of CommonSpirit Health , is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist with Critical Care to join our team in Kearney, NE. This 200 bed Level II Trauma center with internal flight and EMS services. It provides comprehensive care not only to Central Nebraska but also serves as a regional referral center. It has a 24-bed open ICU and 24/7 hospitalist service

Opportunity Details:
  • Join our established Anesthesia team of 5 MDAs that provides anesthesia services at CHI Health Good Samaritan
    • Supported also by a private CRNA group with autonomy to do their own cases
    • Level II Trauma Center
    • 200 bed facility
    • 24 bed open ICU
    • Case mix: General, Orthopedic, OBGYN, Urology, ENT, Neuro, Cardio/Thoracic (optional)
    • Low turnover group with a strong family like environment
    • New position due to growth
    • Hospital and Intensivist programs
    • Multiple subspecialty physicians
  • EPIC EMR in both the clinic and hospital
  • Academic affiliation with Creighton University School of Medicine
