Key Responsibilities
Monitor health conditions of individuals and ensure quality services
Administer medications and oversee staff medication administration
Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services
Conduct assessments and respond to changes in condition
Train staff on universal precautions and medication administration
Serve as liaison with other medical and professional providers
Provide training for individuals on self-medication and health topics
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in Nursing or related field
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
One year of experience in a nursing capacity
Current state LPN or LVN License
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Additional state-required certifications (CPR/FA, HIV/AIDS, BBP, and ACT training)
Effective communication skills
