Job Description

Join Sanofi as a National Account Director, where you'll lead strategic initiatives to enhance market access through partnerships with national accounts. This remote role requires exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape, with significant travel involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategy for national accounts focusing on PBM and GPO relationships
  • Serve as primary liaison between the organization and key national accounts
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities within the PBM/GPO channels
  • Lead high-level negotiations for contracts and partnerships with PBMs and GPOs
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market access
  • Monitor industry trends and analyze market performance metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in market access or national account management in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex PBM/GPO relationships
  • Proven track record of successful contract negotiations

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MHA)
