Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategy for national accounts focusing on PBM and GPO relationships
Serve as primary liaison between the organization and key national accounts
Identify and cultivate new opportunities within the PBM/GPO channels
Lead high-level negotiations for contracts and partnerships with PBMs and GPOs
Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market access
Monitor industry trends and analyze market performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
8-10 years of progressive experience in market access or national account management in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated success in managing complex PBM/GPO relationships
Proven track record of successful contract negotiations
