Join Eagle's Trace as a Speech-Language Pathologist where you'll provide personalized care and support to residents in their daily living activities. You'll work as part of an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for older adults through comprehensive speech and language therapy.
Key Responsibilities
Providing speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings
Ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and all Payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies
Supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
Implementing residents’ personal care plans
Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in working with the older adult population related to therapies
Current CPR Certification
Current valid state license in occupational therapy Assistant (where applicable)
