Key Responsibilities
Assess or define the strengths and needs of youth
Provide direct care and supervision through facility-based behavioral health services
Implement behavioral interventions within a safe and structured environment
Assist with meal distribution and planning activities
Maintain necessary documentation and participate in program evaluation
Complete daily summaries of youth activities
Provide active coaching for personal care needs
Ensure program areas are safe and follow program rules
Teach appropriate behavioral management and coping techniques
Advocate for youth and assist with communication of needs
Provide transportation for youth as needed
Dispense medications as directed
Meet billing productivity requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum three years of directly relevant experience
Demonstrated a high degree of cultural awareness
Experience with multi-need individuals and families
Broad knowledge of facility-based service systems
Licensed to operate a motor vehicle with appropriate insurance
Effective verbal/written communication skills
Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment
