Join Kaiser as an Employee Assistance Program Coordinator II, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of the EAP, supporting employees and their families through crisis intervention, behavioral health assessments, and consultation. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral health assessments and referrals
  • Provide crisis intervention and critical incident stress management
  • Consult and train managers, supervisors, and human resource representatives
  • Manage daily operations of the Employee Assistance Program at the local facility
  • Develop solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
  • Communicate sensitive issues effectively

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience including chemical dependency work, crisis intervention, traumatic stress intervention, and short-term problem solving
  • Masters degree in social work, psychology, or related clinical human services discipline
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Psychologist License (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience including chemical dependency work, crisis intervention, traumatic stress intervention, and short-term problem solving
  • Minimum one (1) year EAP experience with either an internal or external EAP provider
  • Ph.D in social work, psychology, or related clinical human services discipline
  • CEAP license
