Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral health assessments and referrals
Provide crisis intervention and critical incident stress management
Consult and train managers, supervisors, and human resource representatives
Manage daily operations of the Employee Assistance Program at the local facility
Develop solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
Communicate sensitive issues effectively
Required Qualifications
Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience including chemical dependency work, crisis intervention, traumatic stress intervention, and short-term problem solving
Masters degree in social work, psychology, or related clinical human services discipline
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Psychologist License (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California)
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience including chemical dependency work, crisis intervention, traumatic stress intervention, and short-term problem solving
Minimum one (1) year EAP experience with either an internal or external EAP provider
Ph.D in social work, psychology, or related clinical human services discipline
