Key Responsibilities
Administers the nursing program in a long term care facility
Facilitates optimization of geriatric care process
Monitors operations of nursing staff and compliance with regulations
Schedules staff and conducts employee performance reviews
Provides nursing care to residents as needed
Leads the development and execution of clinical programs and policies
Required Qualifications
Five years nursing experience required
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
Thorough knowledge of the nursing practice act
Experience in housing with services or assisted living
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
