Join Dutch Valley Restaurant as a Prep Cook and kickstart your hospitality career! You'll prepare food, maintain cleanliness, and ensure high-quality standards in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Use established recipes to make consistent products
Clean food-prep equipment and maintain cleanliness of area
Check production schedules to determine variety and quantity of goods
Make sure items are covered, stored and dated properly
Rotate stock using first in, first out method
Change food containers in coolers/freezers as needed – noting date prepared
Required Qualifications
Experience with kitchen equipment and cooking
Accurate
Able to learn and memorize
Work in a fast-paced work environment
Work as part of a team
