Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility Previous perm candidates must be gone for 2 years Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years Individual unit requirements listed in pulse apply.
Peds facility attached to JW Ruby 6 OR’s & 1 procedural room 15-28 cases per day BLS Required Common Cases: Tonsils/hypospadias/rectus muscle/craniotomy/cardiac/ortho Scrubbing is preferred but not required Midnight RN will be Charge RN Rotating/All shifts needed 1 Call shift per week 1-2 weekend call Rotating Holiday Coverage Mandatory Standby requirement 30 minute response time Floating required to 5N/1W & Childrens Scrubs provided 2 day orientation and checklist completion
