Job Description
Join GXO Logistics as a Senior International Tax Analyst and play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with foreign income tax regulations. You will prepare and review tax returns, manage U.S. reporting for international affiliates, and work towards minimizing the company's overall tax burden. Key Responsibilities
Prepare quarterly and year-end provisions and US international calculations
Ensure compliance with U.S. and foreign tax laws and regulations
Prepare and file various tax forms such as 5471, 8858, and FBAR
Perform tax account reconciliations and serve as a resource for international tax matters
Assist with transfer pricing calculations and documentation
Support M&A and tax planning efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
2 years of professional experience in a publicly traded corporation or a large public accounting firm
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CorpTax software
Experience conducting tax research using BNA, RIA, and other published sources
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Accounting or Taxation
4+ years of professional experience in a publicly traded corporation or a large public accounting firm
CPA credential
Experience with Oracle, HFM, and Alteryx
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
