Job Description
Join Zaxby's as a General Manager - Team Lead and be a key player in creating an enjoyable dining experience. You will lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure high standards of guest service while driving sales and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to maintain positive culture and morale
Manage daily operations focusing on staffing, sales growth, and guest experience
Complete training requirements including certifications
Ensure restaurant maintains service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
Create and maintain effective work schedules
Drive profitability through sales and cost control
Complete performance reviews for team members
Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Open availability, able to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years management experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Some college preferred
Restaurant management experience preferred
