As the Global Brand Lead for Sarclisa, you will spearhead the global strategy in Multiple Myeloma, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product launches and life cycle management. Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the global strategy for Sarclisa
Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, and Global teams for Life Cycle Management
Ensure Sarclisa is launch ready for Multiple Myeloma indications
Develop Sarclisa brand plan and strategy across key markets
Execute defined strategy across countries and exceed market expectations
Attract and recruit top talents and manage team performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or business
Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial operations (Sales, Marketing, Sales Analytics, Product/Project management, consulting)
Deep expertise in Oncology
US specific experience
Current or recent launch experience within specialty care
Strong strategic thinking skills
Strong project management expertise
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree
Experience within Hematology and Multiple Myeloma
Global experience
Experience interacting with HCPs
Strong demonstrated network with industry Key-Opinion-Leaders (KOLs) and sales leaders
