Job Description

Join Quill, a leader in office supplies within the Staples family, as an Enterprise Account Manager. This role involves managing a substantial sales portfolio, acquiring new business, and fostering growth strategies for existing accounts. You'll leverage your sales skills and business acumen to create tailored solutions for clients while enjoying a supportive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts with large sales and potential (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and grow sales as well as manage current customer base
  • Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
  • Create and maintain a solid understanding of accounts and build strategic growth plans
  • Utilize enablement tools on a regular basis to keep customer data updated
  • Know products, customers, and vertical markets
  • Utilize Salesforce regularly
  • Execute sales strategies through multiple channels

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Must have the availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Had responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
  • Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Had responsibility to retain and grow accounts
