Position: Wound Care Clinical Leader (RN)
Shift: Day Shift | 3x8-Hour (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Location: Float within Market

Overview:
Select Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership for its wound care program. The role focuses on enhancing care quality, patient outcomes, and staff education related to wound and skin integrity. This position involves developing protocols, training modules, and performance improvement strategies in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and standardize wound care practices across facilities.
• Develop evidence-based protocols, educational tools, and staff competencies.
• Collaborate with medical and education leadership on clinical innovations.
• Analyze wound patterns and guide performance improvement initiatives.
• Support staff credentialing, competency evaluations, and continuing education.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and promote a culture of safety.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Valid RN license
• Certifications: BLS (required prior to first shift), WCC (required); CWCN, CWOCN, or CWS preferred
• Education: BSN required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Skills: Strong presentation, organization, and leadership skills
