Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and repairs on diesel and trailing equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Maintain accurate paperwork on equipment maintenance and repairs
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area
Maintain proficiency with equipment and technologies
Collaborate and communicate effectively with operations and shop management
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a diesel mechanic
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair software
Strong mechanical, electrical, and welding skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to after-hours calls
Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory or lead technician experience
Experience with TMT
CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
